Chen Bichang emphasized that “autumn harvest, autumn sowing, and autumn land preparation” agricultural production is a critical stage for the annual grain harvest, directly impacting farmers’ incomes and food security. He urged all departments and levels to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important directives on ensuring national food security and important instructions and his specific instructions during the inspection in Dongying, and strive to overcome the challenges posed by the persistent rainy weather and to secure a victory in the autumn production campaign.
